What we do

Urban Garden Workshops

Creative and Involving workshops for communities living in urban areas , often with limited access to nature and green spaces.

Exploring connections to nature and gardening, learning basic skills and understanding plants

Forest School

Sessions to support the development of a lifelong relationship between kids and the natural world. Forest School uses a range of learner-centred processes to create a community for being, development and learning.

School Garden Clubs

After school garden clubs helping kids connect to nature, growing flowers and food, understand the importance of green spaces and become the green guardians of the future

Building Gardens

Creating gardens for organisations and schools to facilitate the use of our gardening clubs and forest schools.

Raised bed gardens or transformation of a turfed area into a food growing space.

Certificate in Horticulture

Delivery of our unique 'Concrete Jungle CIC Certificate in Horticulture'

A program designed to teach the usual basics of horticulture with a concrete jungle twist!  Including guerrilla gardening, upcycling and using plants for wellbeing.

Green Space Campaign

Every community should have a green space that is lead by the people who live nearby. We're campaigning to create green space momentum in Nottingham City with a focus on deprived areas and vulnerable communities.
